Invitation for Tenders – Single Stage<\/strong><\/p>\n

The above named client intends to use part of the proceeds of a loan from, or Grant administered by, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (‘the Bank’) for the above named project. Additional financing details are as follows:<\/p>\n

This contract to be financed with the loan provided by the EBRD.<\/p>\n

Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of a loan from\/ grant administered by the Bank and will be open to firms from any country.<\/p>\n

The client now invites tenders for the above mentioned contract(s). Additional description is as follows:<\/p>\n

The procurement of works includes the procurement of materials and execution of works on the water supply facilities of the southern part of the Municipality of Gradacac, as follows:<\/p>\n

LOT 1
\nA) Equipment and deployment into the water supply system through collection pipeline, the existing drilled and tested wells BV 2 and BV 3 at the site of the water well source Domazic located on the south-eastern part of the municipality of Gradacac
\nB) Construction of a command and control facility (CCR), the location of water intake Domazic
\nC) Construction of a pumping station PS 4
\nD) Construction of a pumping station PS 5
\nE) Construction of a water storage tank KR2
\nF) Construction of a pumping station PS9
\nG) Construction of water storage tank KR4
\nH) Construction of pumping station PS10
\nI) Construction of water storage tank KR5<\/p>\n

LOT 2<\/p>\n

A) Construction of pressure pipeline section from NODE 2 up to PS 5 (construction of the mentioned section represents continuation of the construction of the section Intake Domazic – Pumping Station PS 4 in the length L=3.936,60 m, which is under construction that is on-going)
\nB) Pressure-distribution pipeline-PDP; water distribution network of the village, SRNICE GORNJE-part of the village
\nC) Pressure-distribution pipeline PDP; water distribution network of apart of KEREP and TOKE VILLAGE
\nD) Distribution pipeline \u2013DP and water distribution network of a part of the village JELOVCE SELO
\nE) Pressure distribution pipeline-PDP and water distribution network of the village DONJA ZELINJA
\nF) Distribution pipeline DP and water distribution network of the village ZELINJA SREDNJA<\/p>\n

Total lenght is about 52 km.<\/p>\n

The works under LOT 1 and LOT 2 will be carried out through section (simultaneously) . The Total number of the section is three (3) with total duration of the 15 months + three (3) months for final works.<\/p>\n

The contract is expected to start on 01\/06\/2019 and last about 905 days..<\/p>\n

This opportunity is divided into 2 lots.
\nTenderers may bid for a maximum of 2 lots.<\/p>\n

Lot 1<\/p>\n

Description: Construction of Pumping stations and water tanks<\/p>\n

Lot 2<\/p>\n

Description: Construction of distribution network<\/p>\n

The proceeds of the loan from\/ grant administered by the Bank will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law or official regulation of the Client's country.
